I placed an order on 5th Jan to click and collect from the my local store.I checked the website online to see if the store was open due to Covid regs, and the website confirmed that it was operating a Click & Collect service. However upon arrival, the door was locked with a sign on which stated that it was closed with all staff working from home. This is not what the website said, otherwise I wouldn't have made the special trip to collect my order.I emailed them to enquire about a refund or delivery but it's been 3 days and I haven't heard from them.

Worst service ever. They have nothing in stock and advertise it as if. They take your money but good arrive months later. You better go on alibaba and get it yourself from China it will be quicker.

Not equipped to be a consumable supplier to businesses. They never get an order right & do not communicate with you. Account manager is almost as useless and call centre staff

I ordered an item for a present. It was due in stock in good time. It didn’t arrive and they did not contact me to say there was a problem. I contacted them and they gave me a new date...too late for the birthday...and it still didn’t arrive. Still no notifications from them. I contacted them again to be given yet another date, over a month later than the first date. I lost confidence and cancelled the order. Never again.

The customer service team here are awesome! I needed to return an item and they went out of their way to insure the pick up service was completed after a mix up with Parcel Force on the first attempt. Would definitely order from here again based on this great service.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with !!!!!! Stay away they are bad news and constantly tell lies when speaking to their customer service. I bought a commercial chest freezer from this company way back when the Corona Virus lock down started, the handle broke off within a couple of weeks, I called their customers service to report the issue under warranty, they said at the time they did not have the part in stock but would order it from China, they said it would be 14 days initially, then after constantly chasing them I found out from one person that it had not even been ordered, and they said they would order the part again, I have now waited some five months for the part, and we receive similar items from China most weeks, frankly I've given up, they don't follow up and advise the client of the status on the delay of the part, don't even order the part and constantly tell lies to their clients to pacify them, very badly run company, I'm a contractor in the Industry and would not touch this mob with a barge poll after my experience, this was our first and last order with this company.

Joke service now. Tried to by beerline cleaner. I’ve got an account for over 5 years. Yet they want to do a credit check to make sure I am over 18. Basic maths would assume that shopping there for over 5-7 years would surely mean I’d be over 18. Got the same item from ebay at lower cost! Pathetic age check service.

Ordered 2 x £1,400+ items, delivery on website stated 2-3 days, 2-3 WEEKS later and I'm still waiting. This happens every time I order from them, need to get this sorted and deliver what you promise! Businesses can not be messed around with like this.

I ordered two self assembly wine racks from them described as "easy to assemble". The instructions are inadequate and metal strips in pack were all bent so none of it fits together properly. These are also extremely sharp and I cut my hand really badly putting it together. They told me when I rang that I would get an email from Feefo so that I could comment but it has never arrived. Would not recommend!!

First time using this company. I ordered 2 chairs and a box of wine glasses. Items arrived within 2 days via DPD and all excellent quality. At every step of the way I was sent an email notifying me of my order progress.

I bought a rather expensive Vogue aluminium egg slicer. After one clean in the dishwasher it is unusable. I now see the sales description says not dishwasher proof, but I really cannot see why on earth Nisbets would stock (or anyone who read the description properly would buy) a slicer which is not dishwasher proof!
